form for this service, all you have to do is follow the easy instructions provided
on the phone.
You begin by dialing 237-INFO (4636) from any touch tone telephone. After Bank by
Phone from Spivey State Bank answers, a list of banking services will follow. All you
do is listen carefully for instructions, making sure you press the # key when requested.
For inquiries, you will be asked to enter your specific account number, along with
your personal identification number. Be sure to enter both numbers correctly.
Once you become acquainted with Bank by Phone, you'll find that banking has never
been more convenient. Be sure to try all of the transactions until you feel comfortable,
and if you have any questions or need special assistance, call one of our Personal
